The original Gabriele was produced in 1905, about the time that Steiff was transitioning from their original elephant button to their trailing "ff" button trademark. As a tribute to her longevity, Steiff has detailed the new Gabriele with a trailing "ff" button in her ear, and has given her a vintage style embossed leather elephant button collar, too. She is such an exact copy of the original that her owner found it hard to tell them apart! A North American Limited Edition of 1,500 pieces. For children 6 and over-contains small detachable parts.
