Strauss, The Rattle Bear
This remarkable bear is based on a one of a kind rattle bear found in the Steiff archives. What makes it so unique is its size... Steiff only produced 3 inch rattle bears, just the right size for a toddler's grip. This rattle bear is twice as big-nearly 10 inches tall! It is believed that it was produced as a special request for a customer, perhaps as a novelty or window dressing item. Strauss is fully jointed, made from white alpaca, and comes with a leather studded collar. North American Limited Edition of 1,500 pieces. For children 6 and over-contains small detachable parts.
