Classic Teddy Bears

From the series of successful Steiff Billboard Teddy bears, the friendly "Teddy Signature" is stepping into the spotlight following the "Catalogue Teddy bear" 2006 and the "Billboard Bear Margarete" 2007 to delight Steiff collectors and friends with his extraordinary "fur" made of finest maco satin. The new signature pattern by Steiff is kept in a subtle green and shows beautiful, original, hand-drawn Steiff bears and animal sketches by Paul Steiff. These valuable drawings also adorn the newly created packaging for the various Steiff products. The Steiff designers were so inspired by this new pattern that they designed the Classic Teddy bear "Signature" with this classic print. He is very flexible because he is five-ways jointed, has striking soles made of green felted wool and looks curiously at the world with his deep black eyes. His nose, mouth and claws are hand embroidered and he "bears" the gold-plated "Button in Ear" in a Limited Edition of 2,008 pieces.
