The Teddy Bear is a genuine acrobat who can turn as many as 8 somersaults in a row! His clockwork mechanism is wound by turning his right arm clockwise and while holding his left arm still. Then he will somersault all by himself. A little historic information: it was Hugo Steiff who created the somersaulting Bear. He developed an indestructible winding mechanism which was registered as a utility patent of the Deutsches Reich on November 14, 1908.
